Rogelio Ombao and pilot Mark Allan Gavilan brings a supposed victim from an air rescue mission to the evacuation center at San Vicente, San Manuel, Pangasinan during the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill led by National Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Council and their regional and provincial counterpart headed by Col. Fernando De Guzman, Chief Executive of Pangasinan PDRRMC.
