Without continual growth and progress the words improvement, achievement, and success has no meaning at all. The real formula to winning is drudgery, perseverance, and dedication. Because winners are those who are willing to go longer, work harder, and give more than anyone else. 

On the 14th of October 2023, another history was written in the book. The Department of Military Science and Tactics Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges under the Philippine Air Force represented the 7th Air Reserve Center in this year's Closed Order Drill Competition (CODC). CODC is a competition where eight Schools are meticulously and scrupulously chosen to represent their designated Air Reserve Centers. These eight Arcens congregate to showcase their tenacious skills in Drills such as the Lakaran and Pasa Masid. But the highlight of the competition is the Problem Solving wherein each Arcens are given 5 predicaments, and what makes it more difficult is they only have limited commands and execution to resolve each obstacle. 

With the presence of LTCOL MARK ALLAN GAVILAN PAF, the DMST RMMC Cadets and Cadettes demonstrated a vehement performance, making the expectators mesmerised and enamoured. Indeed with sheer grit and unfazed attitude nothing will go wrong. Their assiduousness paid off as their massive performance is the manifestation and fruits of their labour. Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges once again showed that they are indeed the Home of the Best.
