Initial Requirements:
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records
- Photocopy of College Diploma
- Photocopy of ROTC Advance Certificate
Initial Qualifications:
- Must be a natural-born Filipino Citizen
- Baccalaureate Degree Holder
- Advance PAF ROTC Graduate
- At least 21 years of age but not more than 30 years old upon entry
POTC Benefits:
- Monthly Basic Pay P35,436.00

C. Photocopy of Diploma
D. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
E. Photocopy of Criminologist Licensure Exam Rating
F. Photocopy of PRC ID (Must be valid and not expired)
G. Certification of Government Service (If applicable)
H. Seminar/ Trainings (Must be related to the practice of Criminology. Must bear the full name of the Owner)
I. Proof of Specialization/Master's Degree.
J. Awards/ Recognitions (for civilian Must be related to the practice of Criminology. Must bear the full name of the Owner)
