COL MARK ALLAN I GAVILAN PAF (GSC), Commanding Officer, 7th Air Reserve Center successfully conducted the signing of Memorandum of Agreement with Mapua Malayan Colleges Mindanao represented by Engr Alejandro H. Ballado Jr, COO and Executive Vice President, and Ms Marycon C Delos Reyes, Director for Service Learning and Community Engagement last 30 January 2025 at the MMCM Campus, Gen. Douglas MacArthur Hwy, Talomo, Davao City.
This milestone Agreement sealed the partnership between the 7th ARCen and MMCM on the conduct of future CMO Activities such as Community Outreach and Environmental Programs to be supported by the former while the latter will share its technical expertise for the development of cyber and database management capabilities of the Center, as well as use of its facilities at MMCM for the development of PAF Reservists' capacity to perform their mandated functions.
