𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐅 𝟕𝟑𝟔𝐓𝐇 𝐃𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐑𝐌𝐌𝐂

Discipline begins when one starts it within himself. This suggests that gaining knowledge and cultivating awareness endows individuals with the tools, confidence, and capability to make wise choices, to lead with grace through life's challenges, and to leave a lasting positive impact. Hence, fostering discipline is essential to achieve greater heights. 

On the 24th of August 2024, the 736th Department of Military Science and Tactics Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges Reserve Officers Training Corps under the Philippine Air Force conducted their 2nd Formation Orientation. It was held at Springview Gym, Barangay Apopong, General Santos City. The ROTC Basic Cadets and Cadettes were gathered to learn new things, open new avenues, and be aware of the advantages and tangible opportunities upon taking the PAF ROTC Program. We were joint by the presence of our benevolent MTIs, Assistant Instructors, Military Officers, and Advanced ROTC Officers; Sgt CHEEZLE ROREN AWANAN PAFR, TSg IPAFRUDITO PIMENTEL PAF (RETIRED), the RMMC-ROTC Military Training Instructor, TSg JUNVIE L BUGAS PAF, and the Commanding Officer of the 736th DMST RMMC-ROTC, MAJ JILLBOUY N DAHILAN PAF; sharing their expertise, inculcating erudition, and setting examples through the use of their wisdom in the field. 

A new Academic Year, a new sojourn in the march of ranks. Indeed, knowledge empowers individuals to transcend obstacles, embrace opportunities, and cultivate both personal and shared progress. The ROTC program serves as a vital foundation for developing leadership, discipline, and a sense of duty in future leaders, preparing them not only to serve their country but to navigate the complexities of life with integrity and purpose. Every beginning holds the promise of greatness. It is the first step where potential meets possibility. In starting, we unlock the path to success.
