"ROTC 1st Training Week: Orientation for Cadets and Cadettes S.Y 2024-2025."
In the first training week, our new cadets and cadettes underwent an orientation meeting with various programs. They got acquainted with the purpose and objectives of the ROTC program and how it requires discipline and cooperation in order to create the kind of leaders in society. This session set them up for the program and for what they were about to encounter for the next period of time in their training.
The DCC PAF-ROTC Opening was a true reflection of the unwavering dedication and collective efforts of the leaders who played pivotal roles in making it a reality. TSg. Archie O. Escartin PAF, the Military Training Instructor (MTI), provided expert guidance and leadership throughout the process. Sgt. Precy Piñones PAF, the NSTP Coordinator, brought her organizational expertise and commitment to ensure every detail was meticulously planned and executed. Sgt. Edu Rebalde PAF, the Voluntary Reserve Training Instructor (VRI), lent his experience and support, further strengthening the team's efforts.
This monumental event was further supported by the Graduate Military Assistants (GMA's), and the DCC PAF-ROTC 1CL and 2CL Officers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and who demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to the program.
Together, these individuals and groups exemplified the highest standards of professionalism and teamwork, making the DCC PAF-ROTC program a resounding success. Here’s the beginning of a fulfilling ROTC journey!
